I brought gourmet honeys to a dinner celebrating Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year. Everyone raved as they dipped their apples. Wes's honey is perfect for special occasions.

You can taste a wide range of flavors, from light floral & citrus notes on the most bright yellow batch to robust, sweet, almost malty flavors from my favorite, Middlebury Red!
